You will deputise for the Global HR Director

Provide HR Business Partnering support to the Global Managing Director

Manage a team of 3 in HR

Provide a true generalist service ranging from employee relations and recruitment through to change and transformation

Advise & counsel the wider global leadership team

Commercial thinker by being able to prioritise workloads as the company is in high growth and has a fast paced, results driven culture

The Successful Applicant

Immediately available Head of HR or Senior HR Business Partner

• Worked in a sales organisation/with sales business leaders
• True generalist – happy doing admin & then in the next meeting discuss the global structure & strategy
• Help with the vision of the strategy & support the team manage their operational duties such as career paths, onboarding, general HR support
• Able to work with fast paced stakeholders who will need help prioritising
• Experienced in change & transformation

What’s on Offer

Either a 6 month fixed term contract or permanent role

To start in April

Circa £100,000 salary

3 or 2 days in the London office per week
