Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Implement the site’s HR strategy and agenda
Ensure the delivery of a proactive HR Business Partnering service
Work effectively with line managers and senior management teams
Work with the HR Admin team and wider HR function to provide the business with an effective HR service
Coach and guide line managers on all aspects of HR
Coach line managers on effective performance management
Case management of ER issues, including absence and performance matters
Use HR data and insight to support decision making
Support on the delivery of HR processes, including recruitment
The Successful Applicant
Degree-qualified or CIPD level 5
Generalist HR experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
What’s on Offer
Temporary/ Interim contract for 3 months, with the potential to be made permanent
