Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Processing new starters on the system
Managing employment contracts
Issuing terms and conditions to new starters
Issuing confirmation letters
Processing leavers on the system
Monitoring employees on maternity leave
Issuing reference requests for new employees
Completing employment reference requests for leavers
Create new starter files
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Running audit reports
The Successful Applicant
Strong HR Administration or General Administration experience
Excellent communication and skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word Office
Ability to meet deadlines
What’s on Offer
£10.00 – £11.00 per hour
Potential to be made permanent
