Job Description
- Creating a global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Balance the needs of the current business needs for future planning
- Manage a team of 50-100 employees mainly based in APAC but more & more being home based across Europe & the US
- Understand the needs of a high growth, ambitious technology company who wants to be market leading
- Work force planning
- Understanding cultural differences when hiring
- Data and automation strategy supporting the success of the talent acquisition function
- Process improvement and efficiency
- Brand awareness
- Create a new talent acquisition model with more specialist functions
- Supporting and coaching senior executives on what a good function looks like
The Successful Applicant
- Adept at influencing to board level and driving execution
- Focused on making a real and impactful difference to the organisation
- Experience creating, building and leading high performing, inclusive and collaborative teams globally and across regions from scratch, finding the world’s best and diverse talent, with ownership and accountability for P&L.
- Focused on partnering with business leaders
- Technology/online sector experience
- High growth and change environment experience
- Strong stakeholder management with including partnering with C-suite to manage the search, selection and assessment for Executive Hires
- Providing a highly consultative service to deliver world class candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience including awareness of global cultural differences
- Managing a large team that work remotely across different continents
