Job Description
The day to day management and support of ER specialist
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Managing operational projects
Ensuring the business experience a positive and highly supportive service from your team
Quality checking the service and advice your team provide
Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with business leaders and stakeholders
Using data and MI to analyse trends to identify and advise on both tactical and strategic decision making
The Successful Applicant
Proven ER experience
People management experience, ideally managing a team of 6 + people
CIPD qualified or equivalent is desirable, however appropriate practical experience will be considered
An excellent knowledge of current employment legislation UK and Northern Ireland and of applying this in practice whilst adhering to company policy
Ability to coach, mentor and where required challenge and influence line managers and other stakeholders, leading the team to resolve ER cases whilst providing excellent customer service
What’s on Offer
Salary between £45,000 and £60,000 DOE
