As the senior ER Advisor your role will provide professional expertise on employee relations, performance management and attendance to managers and employees, coaching on best practice and legislation.

Working closely with the HR team, you will support ER cases, prepare HR documents, manage employee queries and work with managers and stakeholders to improve and evolve cultural and staff expectations.

Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a positive mindset, have a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law, excellent communication skills and previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor or be able to show relevant experience in a similar role.

Due to the delightful and picturesque, rural setting you must have a car in order to commute here every day!

This is a key role for the HR team and due to the working environment you will be based on site 5 days a week, which will also give you access to the fantastic facilities on site (sports centre and golf club!)
