Our client is a large Victorian Government entity with an existing experienced HR team. This particular team are looking for someone who is well presented and passionate to cover the recruitment function until Christmas, to start immediately & support the HR Business Partner & wider HR team.
Job Description
End to end recruitment across multiple disciplines and teams
Take briefs from Line Managers and provide position description advice when required
Contribute to Linked In presence and general marketing to promote the company hiring strategy
Represent the client and sell opportunities to attract the best talent into the organisation
The Successful Applicant
Bachelors Degree in HR (advantageous)
2 years end to end recruitment experience in a Talent Acquisition role recruiting labour hire & mid-senior positions
Experience using PageUp (advantageous)
