Job Description
End to end recruitment including pre-screening candidates, booking interviews, offer management etc
Building solid relationships with stakeholders and line manage to set expectations on recruitment process and current market conditions
Liaise with agencies where necessary
Set up LinkedIn advertising and overhaul of careers website
Provide reporting on recruitment data
Identify areas for improvement
Set clear processes around recruitment and on boarding

End to end recruitment experience
Creative thinker
Able to manage high volume of roles at different levels
Can work to a fast pace
Support and lead various projects related to recruitment/onboarding/engagement/retention
