• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time
• Proactive sourcing and pipe lining, utilising various channels to market, such as Linked In recruiter, and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
• Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas
• Supporting the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering and delighting our stakeholders
