• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, from entry-level to executive roles.* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify the best-fit candidates.* Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.* Act as a subject matter expert in the field of talent acquisition, sharing industry best practices with junior recruiters.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and provide guidance on market trends.
• Create and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insights to proactively address talent gaps.
• Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the recruitment process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in the online gaming or sports betting industry.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior recruiters.* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
