• Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.* *Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details to all parties involved.* *Application Tracking : Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.* *Communication : Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.* *Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all necessary documentation is collected from candidates during the recruitment process.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.* *Onboarding Support : Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation schedules.* *ing : Generate and maintain recruitment-related s to track key metrics.
