Description

• Prepare financial statements and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP for multiple funds and entities
• Conduct the analysis and review of the general ledger, balance sheet, accruals, and the variance within entries
• Provide a detailed review of financial statements to senior leadership
• Act as a liaison with other personnel management on accounting related items
• Assist with M&A activity and due diligence for potential acquisitions
• Conduct cash management and treasury functions
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, annual budget, and annual valuation process
• Prepare quarterly investor statements for senior leadership

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting
• Public Accounting background preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively
