Job Description
As Regional HR BP you will be responsible for;
Drive strategic people agenda
Partner with Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic HR advice, guidance and support
Lead on change management throughout the organisation
Drive and identify opportunities to develop high performance team cultures
Talent management including succession planning
Identify areas to improve employee engagement
Escalation point for complex ER casework
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will;
CIPD qualified
Proven track record operating as a Senior/Regional HR BP
Strong coach and facilitator
Ideally with experience working in a multi site commercial environment
Able to think strategically
