Michael Page Hiring for Operations Manager Full Time

• Work hand and hand with both the Supply Chain and Operations teams in order to increase and implement improvements and achieve all targets and goals.
• Create, run, and assess all KPIs from contract manufacturer’s that note any and all financial performance, supply chain continuity, contract adherence, and inventory policy
• Run and manage all operational relationships with contract manufacturers in addition to working with the Company’s Contract Manufacturing Project team to ensure high level success
• Many responsibilities, duties, and activities can often change periodically and therefore one must be extremely adaptable and flexible.
• Lead the charge and encourage all employees to hit targets to drive necessary results.
• Collectively work with Sales and Strategic Planning to note all operational capabilities
• Collaborate with both the R&D and Quality Teams in all newly developed production specifications as well as any process setups or production test runs at contract manufacturers

• At least 10 years of relevant experience. Preferably already at the Manager level.
• Degree is a requirement.
• Proven track record including success with productivity, profitability, innovative use of technology, cost reduction strategies in addition to strong understanding of high-quality investment decisions
• Strong experienced in Six Sigma, LEAN, CI, Total Quality Management as well as various preventative maintenance tools and methodologies are a requirement.
• Successful experience working in Contract Manufacturing optimization to improve service in addition to the cost structure of the business
