As a Manager you will:

• Become an authentic leader of your chosen discipline. Inspire, mentor and develop your staff to help them reach their full potential
• Maintain a 360 recruitment desk, operating as an expert in your field at the senior end of your chosen market
• Work with the Senior Leadership team for QLD to deliver on strategic commercial goals
• Take full accountability for the market-share and commercial performance of your team, identifying opportunities for growth and developing sound business plans to deliver on these opportunities
