• Process all domestic wholesale and retail orders (received via email, EDI, or other format) into ERP within 24 business hours of receipt.
• Ensure out of stock items are identified and communicated to relevant stakeholders.* Monitor, review and process retail store EDI and POSM orders and communicate expected deliveries to stakeholders.
• Assess credit claims, liaising where necessary with Retailers / Wholesale / Compliance / Finance Teams to process wholesale and retail store write offs, credit notes.
• Generate and provide soft copy credit notes for customers, as required, ensuring appropriate allocation of expenses.* Where required, generate a Pro forma invoice and deposit request.

Check the Accounts department daily payment update regarding status of deposit payments.* Where required, process payment of customer orders, provide soft copy receipts to Finance team and assist with their monthly reconciliations.

• Provide customers and wholesale team regular updates on the status of orders, as required, ensuring all delays are clearly and proactively communicated.

• Ideally 3+ years in Supply Chain / Logistics experience in a beauty / FMCG company* Experience working with mass market distribution and international trading* Experience in supply chain and logistics for an omni-channel brand* Proven and demonstrable record of improving and maintaining solid customer service* Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment and the ability to work autonomously* Ability to liaise and lead external 3PL providers to adhere to service level* Experience of working with ERP / order management systems* Intermediate to Advanced MS office, especially Excel* Tertiary Qualified in Finance, Accounting or Business related* Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including logistics and customer supply chain teams.
