Download daily orders from Word-press and manipulate into dashboards into Excel via Google Sheets. Communicate with 3PL Warehouse on outgoing orders with high attention to detail on order stock and fulfillment discrepancies.

Work cross-functionally with Finance to ensure PO’s are sent out daily with outbound fulfilled orders.Identify SOP’s and data organization across vendors and fulfillment rates.

This is a 2 month, TEMPORARY position – our client is looking for someone to start ASAPThe successful candidate will be provided a laptop and given the ability to work Fully Remote (candidate’s must be authorized to work in the US and work 8 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday) Candidate will be eligible for full health-care benefits via Aetna on Day 1 of the contract.

Position will be 40 hours / week with the exception of the Thanksgiving and Christmas Day US holidays
