My client is a leading FMCG brand looking for a HR Project Manager – Compensation and Benefits to plan and deliver the HR transformation program at their offices in Slough
Job Description
The key responsibilites of the HR Project Manager – Compensation and Benefits:
Create, manage and execute a detailed Project plan for each workstream using planning, communication and training skills, experience with crashing project plans to recover from delays, experience with earned value analysis
Apply standard project mgt methodologies e.g. Prince2, PMBOK to drive workstream to successful completion – on time / in budget with quality delivery – familiarity with SAP ASAP methodology a plus
Manage intra-dependencies within Rewards and interdependencies across the HR Transformation and Reckitt programme landscape
Drive impact analysis across whole HRT and IT&D and Change on termination and rehire impact on Global Mobility to Payroll integration
Support product and Reward (Comp & Ben) COE team to understand and translate Business needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success leveraging HR experience from previous engagements
Drive analysis of the as-is and to-be HR processes leveraging HR experience from previous engagements
Support product and Reward (Comp & Ben) COE team to design new HR business processes based on customer requirements and facilitate user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings
Drive use of RAID log to capture Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies, proactively communicate risks and issues to programme mgt and independently develop recommendations
Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes
Manage different stakeholders including HRT leadership, Learning CoE, Learning Sponsor, vendor teams, system integrations, change management team, technology team – coordinate and drive workstream across various teams
Bring functional expertise and market insights in domains (e.g. talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, learning, etc.)
Manage the delivery of Digital HR Transformation programs, supporting the design and deploying of an integrated digital core (with HCM/Experience platform solutions such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, LXP & AI Platforms)
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Project Manager – Compensation and Benefits will have the following:
You have 5 or more years of experience related to project management of HR Transformation programmes & projects within a career of approximately 10 years
Previous experience on HR Transformations expected but not a hard requirement
Previous experience with Service Now and Success Factors – preferred
Multiple experiences implementing packaged software solutions requiring configuration
You have entrepreneurship and passion to work in a fast moving, innovative and technology oriented working environment
Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
Demonstrated success in contributing to a collaborative and distributed delivery environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically demonstrating deep problem-solving skills
Desire to work in challenging and dynamic environments also driven by IT changes
You have Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Any Digital certification and/or experience will be considered a plus (e.g. ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
Any programme / project management certificate will be considered a plus e.g. Prince2, PMBOK
Experience with agile methodology and delivery will be considered a plus
