Job Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Officer include:
Provide focused HR advice, guidance and service across the organisation
Supporting on a variety of low level employee relations queries, escalating to the HR BP where appropriate
Undertaking project work as directed by the HR BP
Responding to queries and answering generic queries promptly
Produce regular reports into leavers and starters, absence, holidays, etc.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Officer should have:
Experience supporting with employee relations cases
Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Full understanding of HR functions, best practices, policies and procedures
