Job Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
Managing the HR Team
Develop and implement HR processes and procedures
Manage induction processes
Provide day to day support to line managers on all HR matters
Manage complex ER casework
Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date
Develop and implement annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will;
Be CIPD qualified
Proven track record in Senior HR Role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on site 5 days per week
What’s on Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
Competitive salary c. £45-50k
Pension 3% /6%
25 days AL plus bank holidays
Potential to move to hybrid working after first few months (1-2 days from home per week)
