Job Description

The Swansea based HR Manager will be required to maintain a comprehensive HR service across the full employee lifecycle and provide support and guidance to Managers on all employment law matters, employee welfare, and employee‐related challenges within the local environment as well as introducing policies and best practice. They will also ensure the achievement of organisational objectives through the effective implementation of people management, policy, and procedure. You will be an experienced, generalist HR professional.

The successful Swansea based HR Manager will:You will be able to work in a fast‐paced and changeable environment and be able to prioritize your workload accordingly. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in presenting to senior management. You will have a high level of self‐ motivation, possess good time‐management skills. An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is essential.
