Job Description
The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Absence Management
Support wellbeing and disciplinary processes
Weekly and monthly sickness administration tracking and reporting
Escalate triggers to managers
Employee Files
Carry out periodic audits to ensure data is up to date
Maintain electronic and physical personnel files
System data entry
Employee Relations
Disciplinaries and grievances
Daily employee queries
Provide advice to managers
Learning and Development
Training budget allocation
Career development
Training courses
Service Delivery and Info
HR budget
Projects and planning
Compliance and audits
Reports
Support monthly headcount
Ad hoc (NLW, gender pay)

The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Coordinator will be able to demonstrate:
Proficiency in organisation, with good spreadsheet and processing skills
Initiative to help streamline processes and improve efficiency
A keen desire to develop and progress within the business
A positive personality, with a willingness to listen, learn, and work well with others
