Job Description

A HR Business Partner to:

  • Operate in a true business partnering role
  • Deliver people solutions to the client group
  • Support a variety of change programs, with an understanding on complex change process
  • Implement organisation reviews and design to support strategic aims
  • To support and coach managers on topics including performance management
  • Support the wider HR teams with strategic projects

The Successful Applicant

A HR Business Partner with:

  • Experience of supporting on large change programmes, including redundancies.
  • Confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Trade Union Experience

£250 – 350 per day – TBC
