Job Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:
Being the first point of contact for Employee Relations matters
Supporting with strategic HR projects
Coaching line managers on HR policy and procedure
Coordinating the recruitment process ensuring a smooth journey for candidates
Assisting with policy development
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
Ability to build relationships with line managers
Experience dealing with ER matters
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in the use of HR systems and Microsoft office
Experience in a housing association would be a bonus
What’s on Offer
£27,000 – £32,000 salary
