Support in developing the HR strategy across the business
Partner with senior business leaders to coach upskill and guide from an HR Perspective
Identify room for improvements in HR processes
Review and update policies and procedures

Strong operational HR experience
CIPD L7
Strong employment law knowledge
Experience managing a large team
Worked in large complex structured businesses
