The Finance Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of month end accounting for Group D&W, including accruals, reallocation journals, inter company journals, prepayments.
• Preparation of monthly Group D&W cost recharges to Business Units, ensuring allocation model is frequently reviewed for updates in activity-based cost drivers and master data changes.
• Balance sheet reconciliation of Group D&W accruals and loan accounts for D&W inter company charges.
• Update the weekly and monthly D&W reports reviewed by the Group Logistics and Business unit teams.
• Reconciliations of D&W invoices with AP reports and vendor statements for national logistics suppliers and maintain Group D&W invoice trackers up to date.
• Support Finance Manager- Group Logistics for the preparation of D&W budgets and forecasts. Partner with Group Logistics to deliver a robust outlook in line with planning calendar.
• Provide insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Assist Group Logistics with supporting data for audits, internal control, budgets, and ad-hoc business requests.
