What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Director, Sustainability and CSR team to manage and track initiatives within the Company’s environmental sustainability focus areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization and leverage internal IT systems to manage and track ESG data and supporting documentation related to company sustainability goals; Maintain group-wide sustainability dashboard
• Assist with regular report outs to sustainability workstreams on progress
• Assist in training internal stakeholders on sustainability initiatives and programs
• Draft social compliance and environmental policies as needed
• Partner with Factory Social Compliance team to identify supply chain opportunities
• Track factory environmental performance, including chemical management, water use, waste and greenhouse gas emissions, including through use of HIGG supplier tools (FEM and FSLM)
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on industry trends, developments, risks and NGO activity in the area of sustainability
• Support annual reporting and disclosures such as Capri’s the Annual CSR Report, CDP, investor ranking and surveys, and other stakeholder requests
• Work on ad hoc social and environmental compliance projects as needed
• Represent Capri Holdings Limited and its brands in industry working groups and/or partnerships

You’ll need to have:

• Minimum 1-3 years of analyst experience; ideally in sustainability
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong time management and organization skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong understanding of sustainability topics across GHG, Water, Waste, and Chemicals a plus
• Experience using and rolling out HIGG products to supply chain partners a plus

Compensation Range:

$60,000.00-$100,000.00
