Who You Are:

As the Human Resources Executive Assistant, you are a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. You  will support the SVP, Chief People Officer, Capri Holdings as well as the various teams under the HR function. Those teams include but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Workday, and Human Resources Business Partners.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Support

• Manage a dynamic calendar and schedule meetings to ensure a seamless day-to-day for the SVP, Chief People Officer, Capri Holdings
• Assist with global executive searches by coordinating touch base calls and scheduling candidate interviews
• Welcome guests/visitors by greeting them, in-person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries, including ensuring they are registered with building security
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Interface with senior executives, both in-person or virtually, with the utmost professionalism
• Create and/or format deliverables for meetings (e.g., Power Points, Word Documents, etc.)
• Update and maintain ad hoc organizational charts
• Coordinate flight, hotel, and itinerary travel logistics
• Process monthly expenses in a timely manner
• Prepare ad-hoc reports by collecting and analyzing information

General HR Support

• Process team invoices to ensure timely payments
• Coordinate and execute Human Resources team events
• Process team VP expenses as needed
• Assist with ad hoc Human Resources department tasks, projects, and initiatives
• Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needed supplies, and place orders for supplies

You’ll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• A desire to support and be a part of a dynamic and growing Human Resources team
• Willingness to learn more about Human Resources and the business
• Extremely detail oriented, highly organized, analytical, reliable, pro-active, resourceful, and has a positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work with cross-functional, cross-brand, and external partners

Compensation Range:

$53,000.00-$88,000.00
