What You’ll Do:

• Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the Division Vice President, Global Communications and the Global Communications team
• Manage the high-volume calendar of the Division Vice President, Global Communications
• Prepare, review and categorize correspondence/memoranda/emails; maintain files and financial reports
• Gather and abstract materials for such events as meetings, conferences, and presentations
• Administer travel arrangements (domestic & international) and related travel and entertainment expense reports, coding invoices, and maintaining expenses
• Arrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or events
• Direct exposure to the following departments (included but not limited to): Global Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, and Influencer Relations
• Assist in the coordination and planning of Michael Kors related events and projects on a global scale
• Liaise with external parties and internal partners
• Assist with office related errands
• Participate in other activities/projects at the discretion of management

You’ll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 0-2 years experience (fashion retail and/or PR experience preferred)
• Must be tech savvy and be proficient in MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Ability to work in NYC office minimum 4x a week and as needed
• Receipt of the COVID-19 vaccine is a requirement for this position, subject to applicable exemptions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work long hours when needed
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Compensation Range:

$44,000.00-$73,000.00
