We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a high profile, not-for-profit organisation providing outstanding services to a range of diverse sectors across Victoria and New South Wales. We are a seeking a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary basis for a specific project- community sector!

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, engaging and attracting passive candidates to build a talent pool/pipeline.
• Liaising with candidates and senior stakeholders to manage enquiries
• Utilising social media tools, identifying and engaging with passive candidates
• Working with HR Business Partners/Advisors, and hiring Managers and providing relevant templates and information regarding resourcing requirements.
• Developing a talent pool of candidates
• Projects- Contributing to People Service team projects as required, contributing subject matter and/or project management expertise

Demonstrated Competencies/Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Senior Recruitment Administration or Resourcer/Candidate Experience Manager roles
• Demonstrated ability to utilise multiple online resourcing channels to identify talent
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to competing/changing priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• High level of computer literacy skills
• Problem solving skills.
