An outstanding opportunity has become available, for a highly motived and proactive individual to undertake the role of HR Operations Manager (People Services and Analytics). This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and is responsible for managing all HR operations, including administering and management of all HR systems and administration of processes and policies that support the HR business function.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A key responsibility of this role is providing accurate and efficient administration of all HR business systems and projects to assist the People & Culture team to deliver outstanding programs and service to the business. This role also holds responsibility for the following: first point of contact for HR Systems; design and develop processes for system maintenance; manage and maintain the company’s Australia and New Zealand’s links to global roles; support the development and implementation of the Competency Framework; support the Learning & Organisation Development Manager in a project support capacity, to assist in the successful delivery of key projects & learning programs; execute the HR and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning; support HR Business partners, Payroll and manage the recruitment team.
ABOUT YOU
To be a successful applicant you must demonstrate extensive experience in a HR Systems role; experience in the administration of systems including but not limited to Cornerstone LMS, HR systems; sound knowledgeof MS Office Suite; outstanding decision-making and analytical skills; superior skills in planning, organisation implementation and reporting; results orientated; strong service delivery focus; demonstrated leadership qualities and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
