This elevated position will be onsite in the MicahTek office (not a remote position). MicahTek is located at 8215 S Elm Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74011. Work schedule will be regular business hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Mondays through Fridays.
The primary responsibility will be to serve customers by providing product and service information. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining potential solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments. Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and active listening.
Strong attention to detail skills and quality focused.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
