MicahTek, Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Broken Arrow, OK Full Time

Customer Service Representative position for a dedicated client for $15 per hour.

Join an exciting, fast paced environment working for a dedicated client that continues to grow into the leading brand specializing in outdoor products and equipment.

This position will be onsite in the MicahTek office (NOT a remote position). Work schedule will be regular business hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Mondays through Fridays. MicahTek is located at 8215 South Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK 74011.

There will be the option to potentially earn bi-weekly BONUS payments, after eligibility requirements are met.

The primary responsibility will be to serve customers providing product and service information. You must be able to multi-task while understanding the details of processing orders, product returns, customer complaints, selecting and explaining potential solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, while answering general questions. Customer satisfaction is the top priority.

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience is preferred.

Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and active listening.

Strong attention to detail skills and quality focused.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
