Miami Based Plastic Surgery Practice Hiring for UX Designer Job at Remote Full Time

We are building a large, ambitious medical practice application (web based) and require an experienced web UI designer to join our team.

Essential technical requirements

• Strong Experience with TailwindCSS
• Strong Experience with TailwindUI components
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS – liaise with developers on implementation.
• Experience with responsive design and light/dark mode design.

Essential Behaviors

• Excellent client/product owner communication skills.
• Available for design sprints/zoom calls with product owners to take a design from wireframe to approved/ready for development.
• Strong attention to detail
• Passionate about your craft.
• Values consistency in UI
• Does not try and reinvent the wheel or stray from accepted UI/UX norms.

Preferred

• Experience with designing charts [Highcharts]
• Experience building a style guide and component library
• Experience creating and maintaining a design approval process/system

The ideal candidate would have worked in an early stage startup and been responsible for developing sustainable design processes.
