MIA Shoes Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Miami, FL Full Time

The Outbound Logistics Coordinator is responsible for domestic and international shipment coordination, and tracking the orders through the warehouse to final completion to insure goods are shipped to our customers by the desired expected delivery date. The Outbound Logistics Coordinator will ensure commodity and documentation compliance with domestic and international requirements and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate daily orders from our ERP system to give to the warehouse for order fufilment. This includes printing orders and labels.
• Works with transportation partners to coordinate the physical movement of goods .
• Enter shipment information into customer portals for outbound shipments.
• Generate BOL’s
• Preform invoicing in our ERP system
• Tracking of orders as needed.
• Works with Inventory Control team on any quantity exceptions noted.
• Ensure all shipments are executed and posted in the ERP system.
• Other office duties as needed by the Traffic/Logistics Manager.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years’ experience in supply chain logistics and customer service highly preferred.
• MUST be fluent in written and spoken English.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong ERP knowledge
• Proven ability to decisively resolve issues.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• MS Office – proficient MS Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to understand and analyze basic data/s.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Team player with excellent relationship-building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
