About the role
As a Home Ownership Officer you’ll be responsible for providing an all-round service to our Homeowners, covering income, expenditure, tenancy and leasehold issues.
You’ll be working as part of a small team to ensure that all services provided meet the quality standards required.
Teamwork with internal and external partners will need to be enhanced to ensure a seamless service to all our Homeowners.
About you

• You’ll have great customer liaison skills
• Understand and apply the good principles/practices of Teamwork
• Have a good working knowledge around excel spreadsheets
• Experience in Debt management and income collection
• Understanding of S20 requirements and First Tier Tribunals
• Understanding of Service Charges
• Have a really good understanding of health, safety and security of Buildings and people
• Be able to plan, organise and prioritise your work effectively and efficiently
• Experienced in problem-solving and dealing with challenging situations
• Used to lone working and being highly self-motivated
• Able to work with sub-contractors when required
