The Human Resources (HR) Generalist serves as an advisor, advocate, and functional specialist supporting people operations within the assigned region. The HR Generalist fulfills a wide variety of essential functions to help leaders achieve business performance goals while offering a great employment experience for all employees. The HR Generalist fulfills tasks including but not limited to benefits administration, employee relations, training/development, performance management, compensation planning, onboarding advisement, recruitment support, mandated state/federal ing, and employment law compliance.
The HR Generalist is empowered to work independently while serving as the primary contact for all people operation needs for each location within the assigned region.
