Mexican Sugar is looking for a smart, stylish and experienced bartender to transport our guests with a Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin experience. Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests’ needs and know that small batch, fresh crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.

- Craft cocktails from only the freshest ingredients

- Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is a plus
- Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
