Metrotel UCE Pty Ltd Hiring for Finance and Administration Assistant Job at Vermont Full Time

We are international registered company with operation in Sydney and Melbourne. We are looking for a part time Finance and Administration Assistant for a minimum of 3 days a week to be in our office in Melbourne.

• Handling all accounts receivable invoices and facilitating approval within set guidelines.
• Accounts receivable and payables processing in Xero ensuring timely payment and accurate coding.
• AR reconciliations to projects, processing credit notes and checking supplier statements
• Handling enquiries from Customers and Suppliers
• Accounts payable processing and debtor management
• Reconciliation and processing of corporate credit cards, and employee expense claims
• Assistance across the organisation regarding finance and general administration where required.

Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar finance administration role or currently studying business/finance and are looking for a part time role
• Demonstrated experience with Xero or similar accounting software

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: $44,508.71 – $79,873.89 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vermont, VIC 3133: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Xero Accounting Software: 1 year (Required)
• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
