GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
We are looking to hire a results-driven Talent Acquisition leader to join our HR team. Under the leadership of the Chief Human Resource Officer, the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for implementing and managing the hiring strategies at the Museum. This position manages recruitment activities and daily assignments of the recruitment team. The Senior Manager works in close partnership with the various Centers of Excellence to develop effective strategies and best practices for attracting, selecting and hiring processes for all candidates in the Museum. This role ensures hiring processes are aligned with current and future museum workforce needs and develops the most effective and appropriate recruiting channels and methods with a close focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
