We are looking for a Dental Front Desk Manager to join the Metropolitan Dental Arts PC team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing practice and help deliver exceptional patient care. As Dental Front Desk Manager, you will oversee all aspects of patient scheduling, checking patients in and out, insurance verification, and more. Compensation:
$26 – $32 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments, payments, balancing accounts, and managing the reception area.
- Provide reception and administrative support to dentists and the dental team.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a polite, knowledgeable, and efficient manner.
- Ensure patient records, forms, and health information remain confidential and secure.
- Respond to emergency or urgent requests promptly and appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Working authorization from the US
- At least 3 years of experience in dental office management
- At least 2 years of experience in a dental office front desk
- Proficiency in dental office tasks and procedures
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Metropolitan Dental Arts is a large multi-specialty dental practice in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We currently see PPO and FFS patients and participate in and out of network with multiple insurances. We have been growing over the past few years, and we are looking to continue to grow. We are located in a state of the art facility , and we look to deliver the highest quality dentistry to our patients.
