About the Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our recruitment team and deliver on our specialist recruitment activities. ing to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the role will lead talent management activities for our growing Engineering and Maintenance team while supporting wider recruitment initiatives. This role will provide 360 recruitment advice and support across the entire talent management lifecycle, delivering a seamless and positive candidate management experience, while acting as a true business partner with our hiring managers and key stakeholders.

You Will Be Involved In

• Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including but not limited to reviewing position descriptions, hire briefs, writing and posting job advertisements, phone screening, candidate management, shortlisting & interview participation (may vary), pre-employment checks (we have this part out-sourced) and issuing employment offers;
• Deliver a responsive and consultative approach to managing the resource requirements and delivering exceptional advice to hiring managers;
• Deliver superior candidate management, being responsive and updating candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle;
• Create and maintain a talent pool of candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive talent in the market via LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels;
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficiency and candidate management throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Skills And Experience

You are a seasoned Talent partner with extensive demonstrated experience working within in-house corporate environments, ideally with Engineering or technical roles. You love all things talent acquisition and enjoy a busy, vibrant environment, ensuring candidates and hiring managers always receive a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You also have excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional organisational skills with the strong ability to partner with key stakeholders, bringing an innovative and thinking outside the box approach to recruitment activities.
