Metro Rod Hiring for Part -Time (Remote Working) Administrator/Co-ordinator Full Time

Metro Rod Hull Lincolnshire & Peterborough is a progressive drain care, repair and maintenance business, serving both commercial and domestic customers across the Humber, Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire Region working from our offices in Saxilby Lincoln

We seek a motivated outgoing individual who is able to communicate well with colleagues, customers and engineers. The successful candidate will be able to react quickly to our ever changing daily schedule and assist our Reactive and s Team.

The Team

Metro Rod Hull, Lincolnshire & Peterborough office are a very busy friendly team and can offer training and support.

The Role

Working remotely from home you will assist our On Call Team on a two evenings a week and a Saturday. Ideally you will need to undertake a short training period before the role commences and the training would be undertaken at our offices in Lincoln however we are happy to train remotely if this is an issue.

Job share can be considered

Reactive

o Receiving reactive works via works flow management system.

o Engaging with customers via telephone/email or customer portals

o Engineer job delegation and monitoring progress

o Updating and maintaining customer computer portals on job progress

o Updating and supporting customer enquiries via email/telephone

ing & Administration

o Engage with customers to discuss our recommendations for remedial works

o Undertaken general admin duties

Hours

o 16 Hours

o Monday & Wednesday 6-10

o Saturday alternating between 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm

o Can be alternate weekends on a Job Share

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour
