We are growing have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cashier / Logistics Coordinator!

Do you enjoy creating a “WOW” customer service experience? We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing. You will often be the initial contact with customers, drivers, vendors and visitors.

If you are willing to go the extra mile to help others with their questions or needs, you will be very popular here. Ideally you should be courteous, friendly and professional, both on the phone and in person.

Do you like to be detailed, organized and accurate? This role will be preparing loading authorizations, shipping documents, and monitoring dock schedules.

Attention to detail and accuracy is critical for your success.

Do you have that keen sense to improve processes? We love it when someone takes on a process or procedure and can make it better or more efficient.

You will coordinate with various departments in creating and monitoring shipping needs.

If you like a variety of duties, this is the perfect role for you. As our Senior Cashier, you will be interacting with customers, vendors, and a variety of our employees.

A typical day might include paying customers, a visit to the bank, preparing shipping documents for our drivers, answering phones, entering accounting information.

Do you love big trucks and toys? As part of the scrap metal recycling industry, we are in a heavy industrial environment, but don’t worry you’ll be working in a professional office.

We are looking for someone that has an interest and / or background in transportation and recycling.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Trucking / Transportation background helpful
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effective communication both written and verbal
