Broad responsibilities spanning Account Reconciliation, Service Warranty Reporting, WIP and Progress Billing Clearing Account Maintenance
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Various clearing accounts Reconciliations
- Job costing clearing account transfer
- Run weekly turnovers and investigations
- Job WIP and Progress billing clearing account Maintenance
- Prepare Service and Warranty Report
- Corporate – Assist with Audit Requirements
- Ad hoc Projects
- Innovation – Contribute ideas that improves the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, sales or profitability of the business

The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualified in Finance
- Currently studying towards CPA or CA would be an advantage
- Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant role within a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of accounting/finance processes and details
- Advanced level of MS Excel and Reporting experience within a commercial background
- Ability to work autonomously with a positive and innovative approach to all tasks undertaken
Contribute to the ongoing success of an iconic brand, in this dynamic Assistant Accountant role, based at our Head Office in Mount Waverley.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
