Methods is currently recruiting for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team on a permanent basis in our London Office. This role will be hybrid working with office and remote working as an option.

The role of the Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key addition to the HR team and will play a vital role in the exciting growth plans for Methods and its associated companies. The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will report into the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist and will be accountable for the effective delivery and management of permanent and contractor recruitments and engagement across the group.

The main focus of this role will be to attract talent and take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate roles as well as the more niche technical positions within the group. This role will require someone who has experience with dealing with fast paced recruitment and can actively headhunt and source for all roles. There will be a focus on providing guidance and support to hiring manager on all stages of the recruitment process and supporting the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist as and when needed.

This position is highly collaborative and will provide extensive opportunity to influence and work right across the business, with multiple stakeholders at all levels up to and including Managing Directors.

Requirements:
The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

• To provide resourcing to fulfil the recruitment needs for the corporate division of Methods and associated Companies as required.
• Driving a direct sourcing approach for all requirements through a variety of channels including building talent pools for future needs in key skill areas for both permanent and contract engagement
• Working closely as part of the HR team and wider business to optimise project knowledge to efficiently and successfully meet new requirements
• To provide guidance and support in all areas of recruitment to ensure hiring managers have the relevant tools and resources to recruit and making sure risk is minimised in all areas of the recruitment process.
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders to qualify new roles, to initiate planning sessions to work with the hiring managers on their recruitment campaigns and to provide up to date salary benchmarking on all new requirements ensuring all roles are competitive within the Market.
• Managing the entire recruitment process via Workable (ensuring GDPR compliance)
• Liaising with the relevant teams to ensure there is a smooth onboarding process for both permanent and contract requirements.
• Arranging interviews and following through interview process, providing feedback to candidates as required in a timely manner and ensuring managers stick to the recruitment SLAs for each stage.
• Support on weekly reporting as and when required.
• Inputting into process improvement ideas and implementation for resource planning across the TA function.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Proven track record within a resourcing environment (agency or in-house)
• A good practical understanding of MS Office
• Experience in utilising an Applicant Tracking system
• Experience in recruiting for various disciplines including the more niche technical positions
• Hands on experience dealing with high volume recruitment
• A keen interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition practices
• Working knowledge of Boolean searching
• Experience of sourcing via job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong stakeholder and relationship building skills with a desire to collaborate and work across multiple functions across the company.
• Organised and methodical in approach, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and demands

Desirable skills and experience:

• Previous experience working within public sector or within a consultancy.

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
