Metaprise LLC Hiring for HR Operations Manager at London Full Time

Metaprise is looking for a HR Operations Manager to join our growing people team, you will take on the day-to-day operational and administrative workload aided by one direct report and will manage all transactional support for our people throughout the employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone who gets satisfaction from making, documenting, improving, and delivering processes that will make a positive impact in our organization.

As a fast-scaling organization it’s essential that you can help us enable new employees to be their best as quickly as possible, focussing on their experience and needs during their onboarding and induction. In this role, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supervise the HR departments daily administrative tasks and compliance.
• Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
• Manage and oversee the administration of our benefits, including the annual review process.
• Ensure effective induction meetings with our new joiners.
• Work closely with the HR regarding employee relation issues.
• Work in partnership with our payroll provider to collate and provide payroll updates.
• Support employees with daily queries.
• Work collaboratively with the HR on people projects.
• Manage the employee onboarding journey from offer to induction.
• Run the administration of the performance review cycle and pay review communication process.
• There will be focus on reviewing and mapping out people processes and workflows, simplification is key as we align to external accreditations, making operational recommendations and improvements where appropriate.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced HR or Recruitment function.
• 5-10 years experience in Fintech or related company
• Ability to work independently with the willingness to take responsibility for outcomes, but also the ability to judge when to ask for guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with people, demonstrating flexibility in style and approach to changing demands.
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
• A clear understanding of Human Resources practices, employee relations and legal requirements.
• Discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
