The Role

ing to the Manager, this role is allocated to work the 3 days over a 5-day work week. You will play a vital role in our talent acquisition efforts and will collaborate closely with managers across Australia to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with the Metaorange culture and values. Your primary focus will be on coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities include

·        Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

·        Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.

·        Proactively network and interact with candidates to build our people pipeline.

·        Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

·        Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

·        Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.

·        Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain feedback and make informed hiring decisions.

·        Manage the applicant tracking system (Insightly), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

·        Work with the Operations team to support the onboarding process for new hires

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or a similar role for 5 months.

Other relevant skills and experience include

·        Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment strategies.

·        Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and people pipeline building

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

·        Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

·        Flexibility to work part-time hours.
