Responsibilities:
Work with the Quality team to ensure that ISO 9001 quality compliance level is maintained, non-conformances are corrected
In case of non-compliance, work with operators/supervisors/engineering to resolve the problem satisfactorily and in a timely fashion
Plan conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Responsible for first off and in process inspection processes in all departments
Check for paint Quality when paint line in operation
Receiving Inspections- Extrusion, External Machine/Fabricated part, castings, any samples, any purchases , purchased product with recent quality
In-Process- Operator First Offs & In-Process Inspections, Paint line titrations, In-process inspections, Esthetics, Wiring, Fitment of components, etc.
Shipping sign offs and Pre-shipping inspections
Internal Audits, Site Visits
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Quality Control experience: 1 Year
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical technology
Thorough understanding of Engineering drawings and BOM
Demonstrated mental and physical ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Strong Analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Must be persistent, consistent, and accurate
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good computer and communication skills
