About the Position

The Team Lead Assistant will report to the Team Lead & Production Manager is responsible for assisting Team Lead in daily duties- and assembling parts, training, trouble shooting according to production needs.

Main Duties

Must be proficient in reading and writing English

Read, understand and interpret drawings and blueprints and work according to the prints

Follow all routing on job travelers

Assist with training

Basic computer skills, Word, Excel etc.

Electrical wiring experience

Aiding in ensuring that Quality Protocols are being adhered to.

Responsible for initial prototype.

Participate in assembling initial prototype, supporting other Lead Hand’s and Production Manager to properly establish processes and ensuring time studies are completed.

Measure and suggest new processes to Sub-Assembly and Painting Department

Fasten parts according to the Bill of Material and drawings. Follow the Team Lead’s orientations

Load and Unload and operate paint line

Maintain the workplace clean and organized

Ensure the projects are being delivered on time and with the expected quality

Other duties as per Team Lead and Production Manager requirements

Requirements

1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

High school Diploma and/ or College Diploma

Understand Diagrams and the use of different hand and measure tools

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Willing to train other employees

Willing to work in a team

Sense of urgency and ability to work with limited supervision

Attention to detail, excellent attendance, multitask, organization, ability to deal with conflict, and math skills
